Simba

Name: Simba

Age: 3 years old

Sex: Male

Breed: Rabbit

Ref number: 30

Personality:
This is Simba, who is a friendly and inquisitive boy, and is longing for companionship and to be bonded with a neutered female rabbit. For now, Simba likes to take an afternoon snooze under his wooden bridge, after starting his day with a fun, forage hay box!

Behaviour:
Simba can be a little unsure with handling naturally but, he is gaining confidence well and enjoys company very much. He would require at least one meeting where staff can discuss Simba and his requirements. Questions prior to the bonding of the rabbits can be answered too.

Housing:
Simba is looking for either an indoor or outdoor accommodation. This would need to be either a large rabbit-proof room, or a large shed outdoors with a run/aviary permanently attached. Minimum sizing is 6ft x 4ft, where it is a safe environment that allows the rabbits to display their natural behaviors (digging, foraging and binkying).

Children/pets:
Simba can live around other pets, but to be kept separately. He can also live with children from Primary School age (5-11 years) and up. Young children should be supervised when handling/interacting with the rabbits.

Vet history:
Simba is neutered, fully vaccinated, microchipped and had a full teeth check. He currently has no other medical issues.

Adoption fee:
The adoption fee is £35. If you would like to make an additional donation over and above the adoption fee, this would be hugely appreciated.

Additional information:

We reserve the right to remove a reserve at any stage of the adoption process if we believe it is in the best interest of the rabbits.

Adopters should consider that previous medical conditions will now not be covered by insurance. Adopters are responsible for the on-going medical costs once the animal has been adopted.

Due to the high number of applications we receive daily, regrettably we will only be able to contact the successful applicant.

Please note you have to be 18+ to apply for an animal
