Missy

Name: Missy

Age: 2 years

Sex: Female

Breed: Domestic Short Hair

Ref number: 171

Personality:
Missy enjoys having human company and can be a chatty girl at times. She likes to watch out the window and mesh of her unit so she can see what’s going on in the surroundings. She is an affectionate girl and is looking forward to having more space to explore.

Behaviour:
Missy is equally happy to settle nearby staff or volunteers or relax on their lap. She will headbutt your hand when she wants a fuss. Missy has shown a playful side, particularly with her stick toys and has fun chasing after them.

Housing:
Missy will need a home with outside access to a garden. She cannot be homed in Gosport PO13 area. Missy has shown sensitivity to new environments so she will need space and understandings whilst she gets used to the new smells and surroundings of her new home. Missy would benefit from a low cat populated area due to her dislike towards other cats.

Children/pets:
Missy could live with older secondary school aged children. She cannot live with other pets due to showing a strong dislike whilst in our care.

Vet history:
Missy is neutered, microchipped, flea and wormed. Her second vaccination is due between 6/10/25 – 12/10/25 at the shelter and the cost is included in the adoption fee. Missy has no known medical conditions. 4 weeks free pet insurance included with adoption.

Adoption fee:
The adoption fee is £100. If you would like to make an additional donation over and above the adoption fee, this would be hugely appreciated.
