Mabel & Dennis

Name: Mabel & Dennis

Age: Approx. 1 year

Sex: Female & Male

Breed: Rabbits

Ref number: 70 & 71

Personality:
Do you have space for this adorable pair to join the family?, Mabel is normally the first to come and greet you as she loves her human interactions and will often follow you around inspecting your work, Dennis is usually not too far behind if he knows food is involved although he will often find himself a quiet spot for a snooze.
Behaviour:
Mabel and Dennis need to have at least one meeting, where staff can discuss their requirements and allow the potential adopter to interact with them. Like most rabbits Mabel and Dennis can get a little wriggly around handling although Mabel is a lot more confident then Dennis. Staff at the center have introduced them to carrier training which they are very good at and this is something that can be discussed if the potential adopter would like to continue it.
Housing:
They can either be homed to an indoor or outdoor set up. This would require a large rabbit-proof room or a large shed outdoors with a run/ aviary permanently attached. Minimum sizing would be 6ft x 4ft. Either accommodation needs to be a safe environment that allows them to display their natural behaviors.
Children/pets:
They can live around dogs and cats but must be kept separate. Children would need to be 6+ years and supervised when interacting/ handling the rabbits.
Vet history:
Mabel and Dennis are both neutered, microchipped, have had a full dental check and are fully vaccinated with no current health concerns.
Adoption fee:
The adoption fee is £45. if you would like to make an additional donation over and above the adoption fee, this would be hugely appreciated.

Additional information:

We reserve the right to remove a reserve at any stage of the adoption process if we believe it is in the best interest of the rabbits.
