Badger and Magpie

Name: Badger and Magpie

Age: 11 weeks

Sex: Male and Female

Breed: Domestic Short Hair

Ref number: 67 & 68

Personality:
Badger and Magpie came into our care from another rescue at 6 weeks old along with their sibling, Diamond. They were lucky enough to spend a few weeks in a foster home but are now ready to find their forever home. Badger and Magpie have created a lovely little bond together and you don’t usually see one without the other. Badger is a little more nervous than Magpie so does look up to his sister for reassurance.

Behaviour:
Badger and Magpie are typical kittens, full of lots of energy. They love playing with a variety of toys and play fighting with each. Once they have worn themselves out they will all cuddle together for a snooze, just to recharge their batteries to go again! Badger and Magpie are both used to being handled, although Badger can be a little wary to start with, once they are comfortable with you they enjoy being stroked and have a lovely purr. Please note Badger and Magpie are being rehomed as a pair, however  if you would like to adopt Diamond as well, please state this on your application.

Housing:
Badger and Magpie will need a home with outside access to a garden.

Children/pets:
With a slow introduction Badger and Magpie could possibly live with another cat who is used to living with cats: although they will need to be used to kittens with high energy levels. Badger and Magpie can live with older aged primary school children.

Vet history:
Badger and Magpie are neutered, microchipped, flea and wormed. Their third vaccination is due between 03/07/25-09/07/25 at the shelter and the cost is included in the adoption fee. Badger and Magpie have no known medical conditions. 4 weeks free pet insurance included with adoption.

Adoption fee:
The adoption fee is £210. If you would like to make an additional donation over and above the adoption fee, this would be hugely appreciated.

Additional information:

We reserve the right to remove a reserve at any stage of the adoption process if we believe it is in the best interest of the cat.

Adopters should consider that previous medical conditions will now not be covered by insurance. Adopters are responsible for the on-going medical costs once the animal has been adopted.

Due to the high number of applications we receive daily, regrettably we will only be able to contact the successful applicant.

Please note you have to be 18+ to apply for an animal.
