Loki

Name: Loki

Age: 2 years

Sex: Male

Breed: Domestic Short Hair

Ref number: 118

Personality:
Loki came into our care through no fault of his own. He really struggled to settle in the cattery environment, hiding away and only coming out to eat when no one was around. Loki was lucky enough to go into a wonderful foster home; a few days later he was a completely different cat who has formed a lovely bond with his foster mum.

Behaviour:
Everything has been done on Loki’s terms in his foster home which helped him settle very quickly. Once he knew he was safe and with no pressure, he felt confident to explore his temporary home and now enjoys spending time with his foster mum. As soon as he hears she’s awake in the morning he can become quite vocal reminding her it’s breakfast time. This can also be the case when she comes home from work, he loves a chat to tell her about his day. He’s also become very affectionate and will happily roll around for cheek tickles and will lay close by.

Housing:
Loki would benefit from a quiet room in a calm home to help him settle, he can still get a little spooked by loud noises or sudden movements. Loki will need a home with outside access to a private garden. He cannot be homed in the Hamble area of Southampton SO31. Please note, Loki is currently in a foster home in Titchfield Park. The successful applicant will be able to meet Loki in his foster home with a member of staff present.

Children/pets:
Loki needs to be an only pet in an adult only home.

Vet history:
Loki is neutered, microchipped, flea, wormed and fully vaccinated. Loki has no known medical conditions. 4 weeks free pet insurance included with adoption.

Adoption fee:
The adoption fee is £100. If you would like to make an additional donation over and above the adoption fee, this would be hugely appreciated.
