Name: Captain Hook
Age: 1 year 6 months approx
Sex: Male
Breed: Domestic Short Hair
Ref number: 75
Personality:
Captain Hook is a lovely boy but very nervous of the external sounds in the cattery environment. He likes the comfort of being up high in his unit where he can peek out every so often. He is a loving boy and would love to have a quiet home he can settle in.
Behaviour:
Captain Hook is desperate for some company and he will roll around in his den when he’s talked to. Hook has recently gained the confidence to explore his unit and now spends a lot of time on his socialisers lap. He is a gentle boy and will curl himself up on a lap, leaning into hands for some cheek strokes. He is affectionate and will headbutt hands when he wants more fuss. He is a calm boy who loves relaxing and usually paddy paws away whilst watching his surroundings. As he is noise sensitive, sometimes he can get a little worried and go to safety, but soon comes back out once it has passed.
Housing:
Captain Hook does prefer the safety of his carrier and finds new surroundings a little scary, so for this reason he would benefit from his own unused room to initially settle in before exploring the rest of the property, and eventually a garden. He cannot be homed in the Petersfield area.
Children/pets:
Due to his nervous nature, we believe captain Hook would be best suited to an adult only home with no other pets.
Vet history:
Captain Hook is neutered, microchipped, flea, wormed and fully vaccinated. Captain Hook has no known medical conditions. 4 weeks free pet insurance included with adoption.
