Tigger

Name: Tigger

Age: 4 years

Sex: Male

Breed: Domestic Short Hair

Ref number: 79

Personality:
Although Tigger is a sensitive boy he has settled quickly in the cattery environment. He is a social boy who loves nothing more than being with people and having a good natter, he certainly has a lot to say for himself. He will sit close to you and will keep checking in for a few strokes. Tigger has not shown any interest in toys since being in our care although his previous owner reported he was very playful in the home.

Behaviour:
Tigger loves being stroked, especially his cheeks which he will lean in for and doesn’t want you to stop. He enjoys sitting in his outside run enjoying the sunshine and gentle breeze, although he can get a little worried by external noises. He is an inquisitive boy who loves to see what’s going on and cant wait to start his new adventure in his new home with his own private garden to explore.

Housing:
Tigger would benefit from a quiet area to settle in in his new home with outside access to a garden. He cannot be homed in Gosport, PO13 area.

Children/pets:
Tiggers previous owners have said he did not enjoy living with other resident cats and dog, for this reason he needs to be an only pet. He was not happy with young children but could live with secondary school children who will give him time and space to settle in a calm and quiet home.

Vet history:
Tigger is neutered, microchipped, flea and wormed. His second vaccination is due between 14/05/26 – 20/05/2026 at the shelter and the cost is included in the adoption fee. Tigger has no known medical conditions. 4 weeks free pet insurance included with adoption.

Adoption fee:
The adoption fee is £100. If you would like to make an additional donation over and above the adoption fee, this would be hugely appreciated.
