Name: Luna
Age: 4 years
Sex: Female
Breed: Domestic Short Hair
Ref number: 72
Personality:
Luna is a loving girl. She can be a slightly cautious of sounds but enjoys interacting with her socialisers. She is affectionate and sometimes a little full on when demanding the attention. She rests in her comfy bed but comes out to see people when she is called.
Behaviour:
Luna greets her socialisers and gives a headbutt on the hand to ask for a fuss. She hasn’t taken long to settle into the cattery and is making the most of her time with people; rolling around on their laps wanting lots of strokes. Sometimes climbing over their shoulders too! She is a cuddly girl who paddy paws and purrs away and would appreciate a new home where she can have company during the day. Her previous owners said she can be independent at times and take herself off to chill out.
Housing:
Luna will need a home with outside access to a garden. We believe she would benefit from a quiet space set up with her resources, for the first few days whilst she gets used to her new home. She cannot be homed in Gosport po12 area.
Children/pets:
Luna cannot live with dogs. She has previously lived with another cat who she didn’t always get on with so we believe she would prefer to be the only cat in the property. She could live with an older secondary school aged child providing she has time to settle. Her previous owner stated that she was not keen on younger children and would hide away.
Vet history:
Luna is neutered, microchipped, flea and wormed. Her second vaccination is due between 06/05/26 – 12/05/26 at the shelter and the cost is included in the adoption fee. Luna has no known medical conditions. 4 weeks free pet insurance included with adoption.
