Caesar

Name: Caesar

Age: 1 year 8 months

Sex: Male

Breed: Domestic Short Hair

Ref number: 5

Personality:
Caesar is a shy boy initially but has now adjust to the cattery routine and is very affectionate. He likes the height and safety of his igloo bed but is quick to greet people once he sees them. He has shown interest in some toys but is not yet brave enough to have a play. In his previous home, he was a playful boy so we believe this would come with time.

Behaviour:
Caesar purrs away when he is being socialised and like to give headbutts on staff and volunteers faces! He enjoys the company and it gives him the confidence to explore around his unit. He is a gentle boy and enjoys climbing onto your lap for a fuss. He is still sensitive to sounds within the cattery but is slowly getting braver and watches what is going on around him.

Housing:
Caesar does prefer the safety of his unit and finds new surroundings a little scary, so for this reason he would benefit from his own unused room to initially settle in before exploring the rest of the property, and eventually a garden. He cannot be homed in Southampton so19 area.

Children/pets:
Caesar cannot live with other dogs or cats. Caesar could live with secondary school aged children. Visiting children of junior school age.

Vet history:
Caesar is neutered, microchipped, flea, wormed and will be having his 2nd vaccine on the 5/2/26.
Caesar has no known medical conditions. 4 weeks free pet insurance included with adoption.

Adoption fee:
The adoption fee is £100. If you would like to make an additional donation over and above the adoption fee, this would be hugely appreciated.
