Violet

Name: Violet

Age: 18 months approx

Sex: Female

Breed: DSH

Ref number: 64

Personality:
Violet came into our care heavily pregnant and was lucky enough to go straight to a foster home. Initially the hormones were making her a little unsettled and temperamental but since having her kittens and now having some time to herself she is starting to show she can be a sweet girl.

Behaviour:
Violet loves human company and will come to greet you by rubbing around your legs, if she sees anyone walk past her unit while she’s awake in her bed she will sit straight up paddy pawing. As Violet has been a bit reactive to handling in the past we are taking everything at a pace she feels comfortable and have started introducing some gentle strokes which she’s enjoying. Now that’s she neutered and once she’s in a home environment we believe she will thrive and be an absolute sweetheart. Violet has started to show a playful side and loves lazing in the sun.

Housing:
Violet will need a home with outside access to a garden, preferably with limited cats in the area. She cannot be homed in Fareham, PO16 area.

Children/pets:
Violet needs to be an only pet as she has a strong dislike to cats, she would be best suited to an adult only home.

Vet history:
Violet is neutered, microchipped, flea, wormed and fully vaccinated. Violet has no known medical conditions.  4 weeks free pet insurance included with adoption.

Adoption fee:
The adoption fee is £80. If you would like to make an additional donation over and above the adoption fee, this would be hugely appreciated.

Additional information:

We reserve the right to remove a reserve at any stage of the adoption process if we believe it is in the best interest of the cat.

Adopters should consider that previous medical conditions will now not be covered by insurance. Adopters are responsible for the on-going medical costs once the animal has been adopted.
