Veolia

Name: Veolia

Age: 1 year approx

Sex: Female

Breed: DSH

Ref number: 127

Personality:
Beautiful Veolia has had the worst start in life, being found in a box, in a bag in a bin shed. Luckily she has a lot to say for herself so passer-by’s heard her and bought her into our care. Veolia found the cattery environment a little scary when she first came in and was quite conflicted in what she wanted. With time, she has learnt to trust a few staff members and is now showing her sweet and affectionate side and loves nothing more than curling up on your lap.

Behaviour:
To make friends with Veolia we’ve taken everything at her pace to earn her trust as it’s clear she’s had a traumatic past. She can be quite frantic for your fuss and sometimes doesn’t quite now how to channel how she feels and will give you a bop but is quickly back to being your best friend again. Once she’s had plenty of fuss she does settle down on your lap but often needs reassurance from you, she just wants to be loved and listened too.

Housing:
Veolia will need a home with outside access to a garden. She will need to be homed in a low cat populated area with no neighbouring cats due to her incredibly strong dislike to other cats. She cannot be homed in Portsmouth.

Children/pets:
Veolia needs to be an only pet in an adult only home where she is given space and time to flourish. With calm and patient owners she has so much potential.

Vet history:
Veolia is neutered, microchipped, flea, wormed and fully vaccinated. Veolia has no known medical conditions.  4 weeks free pet insurance included with adoption.

Adoption fee:
The adoption fee is £80. If you would like to make an additional donation over and above the adoption fee, this would be hugely appreciated.

Additional information:

We reserve the right to remove a reserve at any stage of the adoption process if we believe it is in the best interest of the cat.

Adopters should consider that previous medical conditions will now not be covered by insurance. Adopters are responsible for the on-going medical costs once the animal has been adopted.

Due to the high number of applications we receive daily, regrettably we will only be able to contact the successful applicant.

Please note you have to be 18+ to apply for an animal
