Personality:
Twix is affectionate, playful, full of energy and always up for an adventure. He’s comfortable in the home and not worried by any normal everyday noises. He settles well and will sleep separately from his foster carers all night. He is so much fun and loves his toys and being close to his human friends.
Behaviour:
Twix is worried by other dogs and likely to bark at them on walks but we have been able to walk him with a calm dog here at the centre. His adopters will need to have patience and understanding, make space from other dogs and take any introductions slowly. Twix’s new family will need to be around most of the time to begin with as he thrives around people. Once settled he can slowly be introduced to being left for short periods.
Housing:
Twix would benefit from having a private garden where he can have a run around. He needs an active home where he can go on lots of adventures and gain confidence around other dogs. He cannot be rehomed to the PO15 area.
Children/pets:
Twix could live with secondary age children and would be ok with younger visiting children. He would need to be the only animal in the home.
Vet history:
Twix has been castrated, fully vaccinated and is up to date with flea and worming treatment.

Adopters should consider that previous medical conditions will now not be covered by insurance. Adopters are responsible for the on-going medical costs once the animal has been adopted.
