Name: Trixie
Age: 7/8 weeks
Sex: Female
Breed: Siberian Husky
Ref number: 107
Personality:
Let us introduce you to the cast of Bluey puppies. These boys and girls are adorable. They have not had the best start to life and find themselves with us at only a few months old. They came in with their husky Mum who was a very tolerant and giving mum and is
now recovering her self. Although Mum is a husky we suspect dad was something else but we can’t be sure of what breed he was. This
litter of puppies are confident to try new things. The have had time being socialised with people here and they have also been on some in arm walks but their experience of the world is pretty limited at the moment. Like all puppies, they are playful and affectionate, but of
course, are a little mouthy and like to chew on things too. These puppies will need dedicated owners who are prepared to put in the time and effort it takes when raising a puppy. All adopters should enroll their puppy in training classes to help them start off on the right foot. Please do not apply for this puppy if you are not in a position to adopt immediately. We will not process applications with holidays approaching.
Behaviour:
Trixie has been seen to be calm with people. She is confident and loves her food! She is one of the roughest players with the other puppies. For this reason anyone considering rehoming Trixie with another dog should think carefully and make sure they can manage the dogs separately so that everyone can have regular breaks.
Housing:
All puppies will not be able to be left alone at all initially, they will need someone home with them at all times and will need a
gradual exposure to being left alone. They will need access to a private, secure garden. They will need their adopters to be willing to puppy proof their house to set their puppies up for success possibly even restricting access to certain areas with things like baby gates.
Children/pets:
These puppies can live with children, other dogs and cats. Adopters must be willing to expose them to other animals slowly, and guide children how to behave around them.
Vet history:
All puppies are flea, wormed and microchipped. They have had their first vaccination and will need to return to the shelter for
their 2nd vaccination and neutering (when they are old enough)
Additional information:
We reserve the right to remove a reserve at any stage of the adoption process if we believe it is in the best interest of the dog.
Adopters should consider that previous medical conditions will now not be covered by insurance. Adopters are responsible for the on-going medical costs once the animal has been adopted.
Due to the high number of applications we receive daily, regrettably we will only be able to contact the successful applicant.
Please note you have to be 18+ to apply for an animal
