Name:Todd
Age: 2 years approx
Sex: Male
Breed: DSLH
Ref number: 86
Todd is such a live wire who has bundles of energy. Once he’s let out of his unit you can find him charging up and down the cattery floor chasing his favourite fishing rod toy and diving in and out of tunnels. He also likes to get up on top of the units so he can see everything that’s going on. Todd really enjoys his food and can be a bit frantic around it at times but once he’s in a good routine he does tend to calm down and will have a fuss before his meal.
Todd will come and greet you when you enter the room, he loves human company and would like his new family to be around most of the time. Even though Todd is an incredibly active cat, once he’s worn himself out he does have some downtime and can be extremely cuddly and affectionate. In the cattery he loves snoozing in his favourite bed, everytime we walk past his unit he will be in a different position!
Todd will need a home with outside access to a garden. He cannot be homed in Stubbington (Po14) area
Todd needs to be an only pet and can live with children 12+.
Todd is neutered, microchipped, flea, wormed and fully vaccinated.
Todd has suffered from crystals in his urine whilst in our care, this has since resolved. We currently have Todd on a special food to prevent crystals as he finds the confinements of the cattery environment quite stressful. It would be beneficial for Todd to initially continue this in his new home as moving to a new home can be stressful, some food will be provided. Your vets may be happy to not exclusively feed Todd urinary food when fully settled in the home but may recommend regular urine samples. Any changes in his urinating should be investigated by your vets immediately.
