Tabitha

Name: Tabitha

Age: 1 year approx

Sex: Female

Breed: DSH

Ref number: 141

Personality:
Tabitha came in to us from a multicat household and was really shut down. She was lucky enough to spend time in a foster home where she has thrived. She did spend her first couple of weeks hiding away in her own room but soon began to trust her foster parents and has created a lovely bond with them. She now greets them at the door when they enter her room, she can be very vocal, demanding all their love and attention.

Behaviour:
Now Tabitha is settled in her foster home, as well as being really affectionate she has started to show her playful side, she can be quite kitten like at times and loves playing with a variety of toys. Tabitha can often be found sitting in the window watching the world go by, she can’t wait to find her forever home so she can enjoy what the outside world has to offer.

Housing:
Tabitha does find new environments a little scary and does get easily spooked by loud noises and sudden movements so she will need her own room to settle in, this is likely to be for several weeks. Once settled and more confident in her surrounds she will be able to explore the rest of the property and eventually a garden to call her own. She cannot be homed in Winchester ,SO21 area. Please note, Tabitha will remain in her foster home until she goes to her new home. Any potential adopters will meet her at her fosterers home which is located in Burseldon.

Children/pets:
Tabitha needs to be an only pet in an adult only home. Her new owners will need to be patient and understand, they will need to do everything at a pace she feels comfortable with. She will certainly be worth it as she’s an absolute delight in her foster home.

Vet history:
Tabitha is neutered, microchipped, flea, wormed and fully vaccinated. Tabitha has no known medical conditions. 4 weeks free pet insurance included with adoption.

Adoption fee:
The adoption fee is £80. If you would like to make an additional donation over and above the adoption fee, this would be hugely appreciated.
