Personality:
Shadow is an affectionate boy who quickly adjusted to the routine of the cattery. He is a confident boy when meeting new people but a little shy with sudden noises in the surroundings. Shadow has become vocal at the front of his unit when he wants to come out for attention or to play.
Behaviour:
Shadow is a very loving boy and will gently greet you by giving a nudge and then will get himself comfy on your lap and lean into your hand for cheek scratches. He is also happy to come out onto the cattery floor so that he can stretch his legs and explore the surroundings. He can be playful at times especially when chasing stick toys around.
Housing:
Shadow will need a home with outside access to a garden. He cannot be homed in Havant PO9 area.
Children/pets:
Shadow could live with secondary school aged children. He needs to be the only pet in the household.
Vet history:
Shadow is neutered, microchipped, flea, wormed and fully vaccinated. Shadow has an abnormally shaped iris in his right eye. This has been monitored and has not changed since he had been in our care. It causes him no issues and he is not on any treatment for it. Shadow has no other known medical conditions. 4 weeks free pet insurance included with adoption.
Additional information:
All rented and leasehold properties will require written consent from the property owner or agent. This needs to be in place before completing an application form. If your application is successful, staff will request a copy.
We reserve the right to remove a reserve at any stage of the adoption process if we believe it is in the best interest of the cat.
Adopters should consider that previous medical conditions will now not be covered by insurance. Adopters are responsible for the on-going medical costs once the animal has been adopted.
