Personality:
Wonderful Ruby is super friendly, playful and a huge character who makes us all laugh. She loves other dogs, playing with her squeaky
ball, scent games and snuggling up with her human friends. She is toilet trained, crate trained and a delight to be around, we know she will bring so much joy to her new family.
Behaviour:
Ruby didn’t have the best start and she came into us severely underweight, she has fully recovered but will steal food given the opportunity which is something her adopters would need to manage and continue training. She is not keen on the rain so may be reluctant to walk in bad weather and would prefer to stay indoors but on a good day she will walk for miles.
Housing:
Ruby would benefit from an enclosed garden to explore and space for a medium sized crate that she can sleep / settle in. She cannot be rehomed to the Southampton.
Children/pets:
Ruby is living with a male dog in her foster home and would benefit from living with another dog subject to successful meets at the centre. She could live with any age children but interactions should be supervised at all times. We also believe she could live with a dog savvy cat and small animals kept separate.
Vet history:
Ruby is in excellent health, has been spayed, is fully vaccinated and up to date with flea and worming treatment.

We reserve the right to remove a reserve at any stage of the adoption process if we believe it is in the best interest of the dog.
Adopters should consider that previous medical conditions will now not be covered by insurance. Adopters are responsible for the on-going medical costs once the animal has been adopted.
