Personality:
Prince is a bouncy, fun loving, adolescent Collie cross. He loves his human friends and his dog friends a like. He is very clever and would love to do some training in his new home. He will need to learn a few skills to help him navigate the human world as he is strong on the lead and jumps up at people when he greets them.
Behaviour:
Prince has lived successfully with a dog of a similar size and temperament. Prince is high energy and will need lots of exercises and will benefit from training for fun and life skills. Prince loves his ball but his new owners will need to limit his ball play and engage him in training as well so he doesn’t get too obsessed or hurt his joints. He has likely not seen much of the world yet and so his new owners will need to introduce him to new environments/ activities slowly so as not to over whelm him.
Housing:
Prince will need his own garden as he is a lively boy and it will need 6 foot fencing. He will need to learn to be left and so will need someone at home all the time to begin with.
Children/pets:
Prince could live with another dog pending successful meets at the center. He could live with children but 8+ due to his boisterous nature. Princes cannot live with cats.
Vet history:
Prince will be fully vaccinated. He will need to come back for his castrate when he is old enough.
