Rehoming – Profile
History:
Phoebe came into our care after being found as a stray.
Behaviour observations on site:
When Phoebe first came in she was a little nervous of her new surroundings, after a week or so she started settling and began to show what a loving and playful girl.
Phoebe is a typical kitten, very active and loves playing with a variety of toys, she has a lot of energy to burn off. Phoebe needs to continue getting used to handling, if she comes to you for some fuss she can be very affectionate and will constantly purr, but if you go to pick her up when she’s not initiated the contact she will run away.
As Phoebe finds new surrounds a little overwhelming she will need a quiet room to initially settle in before exploring the rest of the home and eventually a fully enclosed garden.
Phoebe can live with children aged 5+ who will be calm around her while she settles and who understands she is not a toy. Phoebe can possibly live with another cat after a slow introduction and who will be used to her high energy level, or a calm dog who is used to living with a cat.
We reserve the right to remove a reserve at any stage of the adoption process if we believe it is in the best interest of the cat.
Medical history:
Phoebe is neutered, microchipped, flea, wormed and fully vaccinated.
Phoebe has no known medical conditions.
