Name: Philippa
Age: Unknown
Sex: Female
Breed: Chicken
Ref number: 17
Personality:
Philippa is a confident girl that can be a little sassy at times. She is not overly keen on human interaction and would much prefer some other chickens to spend her time with. Even though she does come over when called she is better off not being over handled and would rather have a chat and a snack!
Behaviour:
She loves digging in leaves and hay looking for food. She is particularly fond of blueberries and mealworms. She can often be found roosting up high and watching her surroundings.
Housing:
Philippa needs a predator proof chicken coop and a large area of grass to spend her days out on. She will also need to be housed with other chickens.
Children/pets:
Philippa can go with primary school age children but they will need to be supervised. She can live with around cats and dogs but kept in a separate area.
Vet history:
Philippa currently has no health issues, she has been wormed whilst being at the center. She came in to us as a stray so unfortunately we have no previous history for her.
Additional information:
