Pearl

Name: Pearl

Age: 9 months

Sex: Female

Breed: DSH

Ref number: 89

Personality:
Pearl is a sweet, affectionate girl. She found the cattery environment very stressful to begin with but has since made huge progress and loves to have company in her unit where she feels safe. She can be quite sensitive to noise so she is looking for a quieter home.

Behaviour:
Pearl is socialised in her outside run and will often rub herself against your legs when you enter. She likes to curl up on staff’s lap and watch the world go by whilst having a gentle stroke. She likes to spend time sitting close by you on her scratching post and will come back over for check ins every so often. Sometimes Pearl can be playful with her stick toys however her playfulness could increase in a home environment.

Housing:
Pearl does prefer the safety of her unit and finds new surroundings a little scary, so for this reason she will need her own unused room to initially settle in before exploring the rest of the property, and eventually a garden. She cannot be homed in Southsea Po4 area.

Children/pets:
Pearl can live with children 16+ who will be calm around her. Pearl needs to be the only pet due to her nervous nature.

Vet history:
Pearl is neutered, microchipped, flea, wormed and fully vaccinated. Pearl has no known medical conditions. 4 weeks free pet insurance included with adoption.

Adoption fee:
The adoption fee is £100. If you would like to make an additional donation over and above the adoption fee, this would be hugely appreciated.

Additional information:

We reserve the right to remove a reserve at any stage of the adoption process if we believe it is in the best interest of the cat.
