Moon & Tigger

Name: Moon & Tigger

Age: 8 months approx

Sex: Female & Male

Breed: Domestic Short Hair

Ref number: 183 & 184

Personality:
What a beautiful pair of kittens Moon and Tigger are. They are both very playful and loving and have taken everything in their stride,
settling straight away in the cattery environment. Moon is slightly more confident but Tigger is always right behind her. They get on
incredibly well and will make a lovely addition to any family.

Behaviour:
Moon is first to come over and say hello, often climbing up your chest to give you a kiss. She will happily settle down on your lap for a
cuddle and enjoys playing with toys and using her cardboard scratcher. Tigger will also come onto your lap for a cuddle, laying up your
chest for a kiss and has been known to try and climb on your shoulder! Tigger is also incredibly playful, often amusing himself with a
variety of different toys. They really are a perfect pair of kittens.

Housing:
Moon and Tigger would benefit from a quiet room to initially settle in but this won’t be for too long. They will need a home with outside
access to a garden. They cannot be homed in the SO19 area of Southampton.

Children/pets:
Moon and Tigger can live with any age children who will understand they are not toys and will be calm around them whilst they settle. They are typical kittens who at times, will use their teeth and claws during play. Moon and Tigger could possibly live with another cat who is used to living with cats with a slow and controlled introduction.

Vet history:
Moon is neutered, microchipped, flea, wormed and fully vaccinated. She has no known medical conditions. Tigger is neutered, microchipped, flea and wormed. His second vaccination is due between 03/01/2024-09/01/2024 at the shelter and the cost is included in the adoption fee. Tigger’s upper teeth are slightly angled, this does not cause him any problems. 4 weeks free pet insurance included with adoption.

Adoption fee:
The adoption fee is £175. If you would like to make an additional donation over and above the adoption fee, this would be hugely
appreciated.

Additional information:

We reserve the right to remove a reserve at any stage of the adoption process if we believe it is in the best interest of the cats.

Adopters should consider that previous medical conditions will now not be covered by insurance. Adopters are responsible for the on-going medical costs once the animal has been adopted.
