Mildred Hubble

Name: Mildred Hubble

Age: 6 years

Sex: Female

Breed: French Bulldog/Pug

Ref number: 93

Personality:
Our sweet, friendly, affectionate little lady Mildred would make the ‘Worst Witch’ but the most wonderful companion. She was quite quiet when she first came to us but is gaining confidence and starting to enjoy playing with toys and training with all her friends. Mildred really loves to be close to you and will settle on your lap for a snooze. She has a habit of putting a spell on anyone she meets making them instantly fall in love.

Behaviour:
Mildred hasn’t been around dogs very much so can be a little unsure and may stare and sometimes bark at them. She has made friends with a French bulldog who she walks with and is starting to learn to pass bigger dogs calmly but would benefit from living with someone who can continue to provide her with more training and positive experiences with dogs.

Housing:
Mildred would benefit from having access to a private outside space where she can relax. She cannot be rehomed to the PO7 area.

Children/pets:
Mildred could live with secondary school age children but would prefer to live in a quiet home. She could live with a dog savvy cat and small animals kept separately but should be the only dog in the home.

Vet history:
Mildred has Mild luxating patella’s on both back legs but this doesn’t currently affect her. Full details will be provided to any potential adopter. She is fully vaccinated and up to date with flea and worming treatment, she will need to return to the centre to be spayed.

Adoption fee:
The adoption fee is £220. If you would like to make an additional donation over and above the adoption fee, this would be hugely appreciated.

Additional information:

All rented and leasehold properties will require written consent from the property owner or agent. This needs to be in place before completing an application form. If your application is successful, staff will request a copy.

We reserve the right to remove a reserve at any stage of the adoption process if we believe it is in the best interest of the dog.

Adopters should consider that previous medical conditions will now not be covered by insurance. Adopters are responsible for the on-going medical costs once the animal has been adopted.

Due to the high number of applications we receive daily, regrettably we will only be able to contact the successful applicant.

Please note you have to be 18+ to apply for an animal.
