Personality:
Have you got room in your heart for these two nervous sisters? Polly and Mavis are sweet girls who need a family who they can trust to build up their confidence. Polly (who has one white sock) loves going in and out of her tunnels and munching away on hay. Mavis is the first one up for breakfast and the first one out for dinner. These two are very closely bonded and you will find them snuggled up together in their little house.
Behaviour:
Both girls are very nervous and will be easily spooked by loud noises, they would be better suited to a calm house with a patient family who they can trust in their own time.
Housing:
These girls need a 6ft by 2ft inside enclosure which has unbroken floor space (we recommend a C&C pen). They can be housed outside and will need a 6ft by 2ft shed with unbroken floor space. Please note we do not rehome to hutches.
Children/pets:
These girls can be homed to senior school aged children, however please note children should be supervised at all times. They can live around dogs and cats but in a separate room.
Vet history:
Polly and Mavis have had a full vet check and have no current medical issues.
Additional information:
We reserve the right to remove a reserve at any stage of the adoption process if we believe it is in the best interest of the guinea pigs.
Adopters should consider that previous medical conditions will now not be covered by insurance. Adopters are responsible for the on-going medical costs once the animal has been adopted.
