Malcolm

Name: Malcolm

Age: 7 years

Sex: Male

Breed: Domestic Short Hair

Ref number: 177

Personality:
Malcolm is a very affectionate boy who loves to be around people, he is always up for a cuddle on your lap when in his unit and will purr loudly. He will often greet you at the door of his unit wanting attention from you, he’s usually a very chatty boy! Since coming into the cattery he has grown in confidence and now loves to explore the cattery floor.

Behaviour:
Malcolm is a playful boy who loves to chase toys around next to you and roll around in catnip. He enjoys exploring the cattery floor and talking to you, he also likes to watch the shelter cats and the birds out of the glass door. Malcolm can get a little startled of people entering the cattery when he’s out on the floor and sometimes retreats back to his unit where he feels safe.

Housing:
Malcolm can sometimes be a little wary of noises, therefore he would benefit from having his own unused room initially to settle in before exploring the rest of the house. Malcolm will need to be an indoor cat with either a conservatory or access to a catio as he is FIV+. He cannot be homed in the Harefield area of Southampton (SO18).

Children/pets:
Malcolm needs to be an only pet and can live with secondary school children.

Vet history:
Malcolm is neutered, microchipped, flea, wormed and fully vaccinated. Malcolm is FIV+. 4 weeks free pet insurance included with adoption.

Adoption fee:
The adoption fee is £100. If you would like to make an additional donation over and above the adoption fee, this would be hugely appreciated.
