Lindie and George

Name: Lindie and George

Age: 10 weeks

Sex: Female & Male

Breed: DSH & DSLH

Ref number: 40 & 44

Personality:
Lindie and George were luckily enough to be born in a foster home and are now back at the shelter and looking for their new adventure together. They are an absolutely delightful duo who will be a great addition to the right family. They have bundles of energy to burn off, whether that be playing with a variety of toys or play fighting each other! Once they’ve worn themselves out they cuddle up in their bed together to recharge their batteries and go again!

Behaviour:
Lindie was initially the smallest of the litter, and therefore slightly more tentative than her siblings. But how that has changed! She is now much more confident, always on the move and is such a playful little girl. Our once shy girl is now the first to come and greet you and enjoy some fuss. George is a sweet and gentle boy, a little more reserved than his sister. This doesn’t mean he isn’t confident – he just observes and investigates before jumping straight into new things! He enjoys company, but will take himself off now and again for a few minutes of peace and quiet. Once he gets to know you, he adores head and chin rubs, and gentle belly scratches!

Housing:
To prevent them from becoming overwhelmed, Lindie and George will need their own unused room to initially settle in before exploring the rest of the property, and eventually a fully enclosed private garden.

Children/pets:
Lindie and George can live with children aged 7+ who will be calm and sensible around them, especially while they settle. With a slow introduction, they could possibly live with another cat or a dog who is used to living with cats; they will need to be used to kittens with high energy levels.

Vet history:
Lindie and George are neutered, microchipped, flea and wormed. Their second vaccination is due between 04/06/24-10/06/2024 and their third vaccination is due three to four weeks later, both at the shelter and the cost is included in the adoption fee. Lindie and George have no known medical conditions.  4 weeks free pet insurance included with adoption.

Adoption fee:
Their adoption fee is £175. If you would like to make an additional donation over and above the adoption fee, this would be hugely appreciated.

Additional information:

We reserve the right to remove a reserve at any stage of the adoption process if we believe it is in the best interest of the cat.

Adopters should consider that previous medical conditions will now not be covered by insurance. Adopters are responsible for the on-going medical costs once the animal has been adopted.

Due to the high number of applications we receive daily, regrettably we will only be able to contact the successful applicant.

Please note you have to be 18+ to apply for an animal
