Personality:
This is Kiara & Kovu! The sweetest sibling duo, who have been recently reunited back together. They are loving each other’s company again to groom one another, and huddle up in their hay. All they seek now, is their forever family and a spacious home!
Behaviour:
Kiara & Kovu were born here at the centre so have been fortunate enough to grow up with lots of positive social interactions from both staff and volunteers. Naturally, they can still get a little spooked with sudden movements/sounds.
Housing:
Kiara & Kovu are looking for either an indoor or outdoor accommodation. This would need to be either a large rabbit-proof room, or a large shed outdoors with a run/aviary permanently attached. Minimum sizing is 6ft x 4ft, where it is a safe environment that allows the rabbits to display their natural behaviors (digging, foraging and binkying).
Children/pets:
They can live around other pets, but to be kept separately. They can also live with primary school aged children (5-11 years), but should have adult supervision if interacting/handling with the rabbits.
Vet history:
Kiara & Kovu have been neutered, microchipped, and are fully vaccinated. They have also had a full teeth check. Due to their long fur, they do require grooming on a weekly basis.

We reserve the right to remove a reserve at any stage of the adoption process if we believe it is in the best interest of the rabbits.
Adopters should consider that previous medical conditions will now not be covered by insurance. Adopters are responsible for the on-going medical costs once the animal has been adopted.
