Personality:
Jess came to us through no fault of her own and is a sweet girl who enjoys a cuddle with her friends. She is still anxious at times but is doing well building her confidence on site and hopefully she can soon settle into a new home.
Behaviour:
Jess can be a little reserved on the first meeting but has been widening her circle of friends steadily since her arrival at the ark. She’s a little worried about other dogs when out on her walks and will often look to her handler for reassurance. She would benefit from a calm and quiet home where she can continue to build her confidence.
Housing:
She will need her own space in the home, preferably with a crate set-up, where she can settle and feel secure. Jess will need a secure private garden and cannot be rehomed to the SO22 area.
Children/pets:
Jess will need to be the only pet in the home but she could live with calm older teenagers.
Vet history:
Jess is up to date on flea, worming and vaccinations. When she first arrived Jess was overweight so her weight loss will need to continue in the home.

Adopters should consider that previous medical conditions will now not be covered by insurance. Adopters are responsible for the on-going medical costs once the animal has been adopted.
