Hiccup

Name: Hiccup

Age: 6 months

Sex: Male

Breed: Mouse

Ref number: 1

Personality:
Hiccup is quite a reserved boy and spends a lot of time hidden away in his tunnels he’s created. Mice enjoy tunneling and burrowing as well as climbing, so his enclosure will need to be very busy with lots of substrate to burrow in and climbing equipment like ropes and branches.

Behaviour:
As Hiccup can be shy he will need his owner to take things slow when it comes to handling and socialising.

Housing:
He will need a large enclosure with plenty of enrichment and bedding so he can create his tunnels. Please ask staff for further advice on our housing requirements.

Children/pets:
Hiccup can live around other animals but in a separate room. He can live with older primary school children, however we advise children should be supervised when with the mice at all times.

Vet history:
Hiccup does not have any current medical issues.

Adoption fee:
The adoption fee is £7. If you would like to make an additional donation over and above the adoption fee, this would be hugely appreciated.

Additional information:

We reserve the right to remove a reserve at any stage of the adoption process if we believe it is in the best interest of the mouse.

Adopters should consider that previous medical conditions will now not be covered by insurance. Adopters are responsible for the on-going medical costs once the animal has been adopted.

Due to the high number of applications we receive daily, regrettably we will only be able to contact the successful applicant.

Please note you have to be 18+ to apply for an animal
