Rehoming – Profile
History:
Hemingway came into our care as neither of his parents, nor him or his brother, had been neutered and their owners were no longer able to keep them.
Can you offer the forever home that will let Hemingway bid A Farewell to The Ark…?
Hemingway can either be an indoor or outdoor bunny; he will need a rabbit-proof room or a large shed with a run permanently attached (see photo above for an example).
If you are interested in adopting Hemingway, please fill out an application form below. To help speed up the adoption process, please forward us photos of your setup.
We reserve the right to remove a reserve at any stage of the adoption process if we believe it is in the best interest of the rabbit.
Medical history:
Hemingway has been castrated, microchipped, fully vaccinated, and has had his teeth checked. As he is a rex rabbit, he will need extra thick bedding to prevent his hocks from getting sore. He currently has no medical issues.
Adopters should consider that previous medical conditions will now not be covered by insurance. Adopters are responsible for the on-going medical costs once the animal has been adopted.
