Name: Heathcliff
Age: 2 years 7 months approx
Sex: Male
Breed: Domestic Medium Hair
Ref number: 28
Personality:
Heathcliff came into our care as a stray with a cat bite abscess above his eye, not looking his best and feeling very sorry for himself. After some treatment and with his wound healed, he is now starting to show some interest in the staff, often laid on his top carrier watching down at them. With time and patience he has a created a lovely bond with one member of staff. He will greet them with a good natter and is a very social boy who craves human attention.
Behaviour:
When on his own, Heathcliff is very chilled, often snoozing or watching the world go by. As soon as you enter his run he becomes very talkative and animated and will rub around your legs or head butt your hand for you to stroke him. He is a very loving and affectionate boy who would be stroked all day if he could be! He has started to sit on their lap and even enjoys being brushed to maintain his handsome good looks.
Housing:
Heathcliff would benefit from initially starting off in a quiet room before he explores the rest of the home and eventually his own garden. He cannot be homed in Chichester, PO19 area.
