Gunther

Name: Gunther

Age: 2 years

Sex: Male

Breed: French Bulldog

Ref number: 75

Personality:
Gunther is a sweet boy who has recently spent some time in a foster home. His fosterer describes him as a very well
behaved dog in the home. He is clean, patient and playful. Gunther is an affectionate dog who loves to sit on your lap and sleep next to you. He is well mannered around food and the perfect companion. Gunther’s favourite toys are soft stuffed toys that he can destroy so new owners will have to have a Gunther toy fund!

Behaviour:
Gunther can be unsure when outside walking. He does very well with routine and much prefers quieter walks. He can become easily triggered by other people and loud noises and may react (bark) in this situation. Saying that however, Gunther can walk alongside
female dogs who are calm and polite. Gunther can say hello to new people well but at times finds it scary so will need someone who is
prepared to take this slowly with him. Gunther loves the car and travels well.

Housing:
Gunther will need a private garden and someone at home for the majority of the day. He likes to follow his fosterer around the
house and waits by the door if she pops out for a few minutes.

Children/pets:
Gunther is looking for a quiet home, perhaps with only a few people living at home. He will need an adult only home due to
a previous incident. Gunther will need to be the only pet in the home.

Vet history:
Gunther has had treatment for allergic skin disease. He is currently on steroids to stop his skin and ears from flaring up. This is likely to be an ongoing issue. Gunther has also had a benign lump removed from his ear. Gunther is fully vaccinated, castrated, flea and
wormed.

Adoption fee:
The adoption fee is £180. If you would like to make an additional donation over and above the adoption fee, this would be hugely appreciated.

Additional information:

We reserve the right to remove a reserve at any stage of the adoption process if we believe it is in the best interest of the dog.

Adopters should consider that previous medical conditions will now not be covered by insurance. Adopters are responsible for the on-going medical costs once the animal has been adopted.

Due to the high number of applications we receive daily, regrettably we will only be able to contact the successful applicant.
