Rehoming – Profile
History:
Sadly, our Zebra Finch, Flynn Rider, came into us a stray so we don’t have any history for them.
Behaviour observations on site:
Since arriving, Flynn has shown us that he is your classic beautiful Zebra Finch. A strong and confident flyer, who we know will thrive effortlessly in a family and aviary of their own.
Flynn Rider has been on quite a journey so far whilst on their adventures! Unfortunately, it has been a lonely one so far … Flynn’s life isn’t quite right without living amongst his own kind. Have you got a charm of Finches who would welcome our Flynn into the team? It is their new dream to be provided with a large aviary to peacefully perch, make new friends and be dazzled by enrichment!
We are looking to rehome Flynn into a group of other Finches and/or Canaries, where they will need to be housed in a large outdoor aviary. Sizes of aviaries can be discussed with staff.
If you are interested in Flynn Rider, please fill in an application form and also send in any photos you may have of your setup along with measurements (to enquiries@rspcasolent.org.uk) to help speed up the adoption process. Thank you.
We reserve the right to remove a reserve at any stage of the adoption process if we believe it is in the best interest of the bird.
Medical history:
Flynn Rider has been treated with a wormer treatment as standard procedure, but otherwise they are in great health with no current medical issues.
Adopters should consider that previous medical conditions will now not be covered by insurance. Adopters are responsible for the on-going medical costs once the animal has been adopted.
