Personality:
Buzz is a sweet and affectionate boy who enjoys a fuss and a cuddle with the people he trusts. He has been slowly building his confidence since his arrival at the ark and has been doing really well building his circle of friends. Buzz has had a sheltered life before coming to us and is currently finding everything new and a bit scary.
Behaviour:
Buzz still finds the world quite overwhelming and due to this is quite vocal when out on his walks. He would benefit from adopters who will be understanding of this and patient with him as he continues building his confidence in the world. Buzz loves nothing more than to sit with his handlers and have a fuss. It is likely Buzz has never been on his own before, so will need a gradual introduction to being left. Buzz would do well in a quiet home with understanding adopters who are prepared to put some work to help him settle.
Housing:
Buzz will need a quiet home ideally in a quieter area where he can enjoy peaceful and calm walks outside. He will benefit from having his own space in the home, preferably with a crate set-up, and will need a secure private garden. Buzz cannot be rehomed to the SO22 area.
Children/pets:
Buzz will need to be the only pet in the home but could live with calm older teenagers. Buzz will need a feline-free home.
Vet history:
Buzz is up to date on flea, worming and vaccinations. When he first arrived Buzz was overweight and his diet will need to continue in the home. Buzz was also incredibly matted when he arrived at the shelter. Adopters will need to continue positive grooming sessions to keep his coat well-maintained.

Adopters should consider that previous medical conditions will now not be covered by insurance. Adopters are responsible for the on-going medical costs once the animal has been adopted.
