Name: Bruno
Age: 5 years
Sex: Male
Breed: Staffordshire Bull Terrier/Dalmatian
Ref number: 139
Personality:
Bruno is a friendly, bouncy ball of energy who really loves being with people. He absolutely loves tennis balls and is learning to search for it rather than just chase them. He is a super clever boy, knows lots of tricks and can learn really quickly. He came in with another dog and is very tolerant and able to walk with other dogs but prefers being with his people.
Behaviour:
Bruno has a really sweet nature, is great with handling, great at the vets and would make a fantastic buddy for someone who has the time to provide him with lots of outlets to stimulate his mind as well as plenty of exercise. Bruno becomes very sad and cries when left alone so will need someone to be with him all of the time who has the patience to teach him slowly that he can feel safe when he is alone. However he is very friendly and could thrive in a busy household or could potentially make a great office dog.
Housing:
Bruno would benefit from having a garden where he could let off steam, he will need lots of exercise and would be happy to travel in the car to go on lots of adventures. He cannot be rehomed to the PO2 area.
Children/pets:
Bruno could live with children of primary school age who are confident with bouncy dogs. He should be the only animal in the home but could walk with other dogs and be ok with visiting dogs.
Vet history:
Bruno is up to date with flea and worming treatment and is full vaccinated. He will need to return to the centre to be castrated.
