Personality:
Bruce is a charming canary and wouldn’t be hard to spot in a group of them with his unique hair do! He has sadly been lonely for quite some time, so he is eager to join an aviary of birds just like him, who he can chirp away too.
Behaviour:
Naturally Bruce is quite shy and not keen when it comes to being handled, but will happily sit near you for some company.
Housing:
He is looking for a large outdoor aviary with other Canaries or Finches to live with.
Children/pets:
Can live around cats/dogs but to be kept separately. Bruce can also live with all ages of children, but they should be supervised if nearby or interacting (especially below the age of 11)
Vet history:
Bruce came into us with some scaly leg which has/is being treated on a regular basis, and although we believe he is treated and a lot better now, some of his scales still remain quite lifted and probably won’t return to their original state. However, this doesn’t affect his welfare and is otherwise doing well and has no other concerns.

Adopters should consider that previous medical conditions will now not be covered by insurance. Adopters are responsible for the on-going medical costs once the animal has been adopted.
