Rehoming – Profile

History:

Athena and Apollo came into our care as an unwanted litter

Behaviour observations on site:

When they first came into our care they were a little more nervous than is typical for kittens. They’ve settled in pretty well now but can still get a little anxious about being over handled. They are growing in confidence every day, but will need a little time to adjust to their new home. They love sprinting around and playing with each other and various toys.

Because Athena and Apollo can be a little unsure of handling we are looking for a home with older children (12+) that are used to having cats and will not be too excitable around them.

They don’t seem to mind other cats so could be re-homed with one provided they have a slow and careful introduction. Please bare in mind these are playful and sometimes boisterous kittens so an elderly cat probably wouldn’t appreciate them in their home.

We reserve the right to remove a reserve at any stage of the adoption process if we believe it is in the best interest of the cat.

Adoption fee: £175 If you would like to make an additional donation over and above the adoption fee, this would be hugely appreciated.

Medical history:

Athena and Apollo are neutered, microchipped, flea and wormed. Their second vaccination is due the week of 29th February at the shelter and the cost is included in the adoption fee.

They have no known medical conditions.

4 weeks free pet insurance included with adoption.

Adopters should consider that previous medical conditions will now not be covered by insurance. Adopters are responsible for the on-going medical costs once the animal has been adopted.
