Personality:
Moss is a super friendly boy once he gets to know you. He can be shy at first but quickly comes out of his shell. He loves having lots of fuss and cuddles. He really enjoys human company. He can be a quiet boy at times but quickly springs into action for some agility tricks with his handlers.
Behaviour:
Moss can be a bit shy and nervous and avoid new people before he gets to know them. Once he has made friends he absolutely loves a fuss and a cuddle. He is a lovely boy to walk, he can be nervous around other dogs so he will ignore them on a walk. We are not sure how he might be left alone but we think that he could learn to be left gradually (which will have to be built up over time).
Housing:
Moss cannot be rehomed to PO2 area. He would benefit from a private garden and he would need to be the only pet in the home.
Children/pets:
Moss could live with children 15+ if they are calm and used to being around dogs. He would need to be the only dog in the home. and he cannot live with cats.
Vet history:
Moss is up to date with flea and worming, vaccinations and he will need to be returned to site for neutering after he has settled in. Moss does have a low grade heart murmur, and two luxating patella’s. He did come into us with a flea allergy which is now under control but he does have some balding on his back.

All rented and leasehold properties will require written consent from the property owner or agent. This needs to be in place before completing an application form. If your application is successful, staff will request a copy.
We reserve the right to remove a reserve at any stage of the adoption process if we believe it is in the best interest of the dog.
Adopters should consider that previous medical conditions will now not be covered by insurance. Adopters are responsible for the on-going medical costs once the animal has been adopted.
