Personality:
Meet Tiny and Tim, these boys enjoy foraging for food and exploring their enclosure, after a long day they love nothing more then a dust bath to keep themselves clean.
Behaviour:
Quails can be sensitive to loud noises so they are looking for a quiet home along with other quails.
Housing:
Tiny and Tim are looking for a large outdoor aviary and can either be housed in a male only group or with females allowing 4 females per male ratio.
Children/pets:
Tiny and Tim can be housed around other animal but must be kept separate, They can live around all aged children but we would advise that children must be supervised if interacting with the birds especially younger children.
Vet history:
Tiny and Tim have no current medical issues.
Additional information:
All rented and leasehold properties will require written consent from the property owner or agent. This needs to be in place before completing an application form. If your application is successful, staff will request a copy.
We reserve the right to remove a reserve at any stage of the adoption process if we believe it is in the best interest of the quails.
Adopters should consider that previous medical conditions will now not be covered by insurance. Adopters are responsible for the on-going medical costs once the animal has been adopted.
