Personality:
Eli is a timid little boy who likes to hang out in his watermelon house and forage for his tasty treats, in the evenings you will always hear him calling for his dinner, red bell peppers are a favourite of his!
Behaviour:
Due to Eli being a little shy he will need a calm and patient approach to help him build up confidence. Eli is not the most confident when being handled and would benefit from being able to approach you on his terms initially. A meeting can be arranged to see Eli and discuss with staff his requirements, including about the bonding process for him and the female/s.
Housing:
He will require an enclosure of a minimum 6ft x 2ft, either housed indoors (such as a C&C pen) or outdoors (a large shed setup). Eli will need to be homed with one or more females.
Children/pets:
Eli can live around other animals in a separate room. He can also live with children of older primary school age (8-11 years) and older. All young children should be supervised when around guinea pigs.
Vet history:
Eli is castrated and has no current health concerns

Adopters should consider that previous medical conditions will now not be covered by insurance. Adopters are responsible for the on-going medical costs once the animal has been adopted.
