Name: Bunty
Age: 4 years
Sex: Female
Breed: Guinea Pig
Ref number: 7

Personality:
Bunty is often found to be snoozing in her wooden house when she is not munching on her timothy hay. We believe Bunty will grow in confidence once she’s got a companion/s to keep her company.

Behaviour:
To begin with Bunty was quite timid, but she now will come out of her hides to see you especially when its veg time in the evening! Bunty is okay with being handled and quite likes a stroke.

Housing:
She will require an enclosure of a minimum of 6ft x 2ft, either housed indoors (such as a C&C pen) or outdoors (a large shed set up). Bunty will need to be homed with either a group of females or one male.

Children/pets:
Bunty can live around other animals in a separate room. She can also live with children of primary school age (5-11 years) and up. All young children should be supervised when handling guinea pigs.

Vet history:
Bunty does not have any current health issues, however due to her being a rex she can be prone to a bit of dry/flakey skin (either on the body or ears) so would require regular monitoring.

Additional information:
We reserve the right to remove a reserve at any stage of the adoption process if we believe it is in the best interest of the guinea pig.
Adopters should consider that previous medical conditions will now not be covered by insurance. Adopters are responsible for the on-going medical costs once the animal has been adopted.
Due to the high number of applications we receive daily, regrettably we will only be able to contact the successful applicant.
