Enzo

Name: Enzo

Age: 10 months

Sex: Male

Breed: French Bulldog

Ref number: 96

Personality:
Enzo is a friendly and bouncy young boy who came to us a stray with minimal history. He loves nothing more than a bit of fuss and attention from his favourite people. He’s won over both staff and volunteers alike since his arrival and now can’t wait to find his forever home!

Behaviour:
Enzo is still puppy-like in a lot of his behaviour and would benefit from owners who are able to take the time in helping him settle. He would also benefit from joining some training classes once he’s found his feet in his new home. Enzo has a tendency to jump very high when saying hello to new people but is responding really well to training here at the shelter!

Housing:
Cannot be rehomed to the Gosport or Havant area. Whilst we do believe Enzo could learn to be left for short periods he will need adopters who are around most the time whilst he settles in and are prepared to build this up slowly.

Children/pets:
Enzo could live with children of primary school age that are used to being around younger, energetic dogs. Enzo gets on very well with other dogs so could potentially live with another dog in the home, pending successful meetings here at the shelter.

Vet history:
Enzo is up to date with flea, worming, vaccinations and will need to return to site when he is old enough to be castrated. During routine checks at the Ark Enzo was found to have a heart murmur which staff will provide more information about for any successful applicants.

Adoption fee:
The adoption fee is £220. If you would like to make an additional donation over and above the adoption fee, this would be hugely appreciated.

Additional information:

All rented and leasehold properties will require written consent from the property owner or agent. This needs to be in place before completing an application form. If your application is successful, staff will request a copy.

We reserve the right to remove a reserve at any stage of the adoption process if we believe it is in the best interest of the dog.

Adopters should consider that previous medical conditions will now not be covered by insurance. Adopters are responsible for the on-going medical costs once the animal has been adopted.

Due to the high number of applications we receive daily, regrettably we will only be able to contact the successful applicant.

Please note you have to be 18+ to apply for an animal.
