Name: Sophie & Donna
Age: 15 weeks & 10 months
Sex: Female
Breed: Guinea Pig
Ref number: 16 & 15
Personality:
Do you have space for this mother and daughter? Donna is a young mother raising her little girl Sophie, both piggies can be nervous but once settled they are full of personality. Sophie, still only being a baby, is enjoying exploring new toys and forage matts and is still learning to trust people. Donna is a very shy pig who is wanting a calm home for her and her daughter to grow up in together. Dinner is the best time of day for them as they squeak in anticipation for the greens and they love a bit of red bell pepper.
Behaviour:
These girls are still both very nervous and will need a patient family who are willing to put in the work to gain their trust.
Housing:
These girls need a 6ft by 2ft inside enclosure which has unbroken floor space (we recommend a C&C pen). They can be housed outside and will need a 6ft by 2ft shed with unbroken floor space. Please note we do not rehome to hutches.
Children/pets:
These girls can be homed to older primary school aged children, 7+ however please note children should be supervised at all times. They can live around dogs and cats but in a separate room.
Vet history:
Donna and Sophie have had a full vet check and have no current medical issues.
