Milo and Teddy

Name: Milo and Teddy

Age: 6 years

Sex: Males

Breed: Domestic Short Hair

Ref number: 50 & 51

Personality:
Milo and Teddy are affectionate boys once they get to know you. They found the cattery environment overwhelming to begin with but are now much more settled in their surroundings and are growing in confidence each day, usually waiting to great us at the front of their unit. They have become much braver making new friends and like to have reassurance, plus a few treats!

Behaviour:
Teddy is the most confident of the two, being the first to explore and initiate for fuss. Milo is a little more shy and will initially observe Teddy from a distance. He is beginning to join in exploring the cattery floor with his brother but remains close to the safety of his unit. When socialised in their unit, they both enjoy some gentle strokes and will engage in play with a feather stick toy.

Housing:
Milo and Teddy get easily spooked when out exploring the cattery floor and will run back to their unit where they feels safe, so for this reason they would benefit from their own unused room to initially settle in before exploring the rest of the property, and eventually a garden. They cannot be rehomed in Botley So32.

Children/pets:
Milo and Teddy need to be the only pet in the household due to their nervous nature. They could live with an older secondary school aged child who will give them time to settle into their new home.

Vet history:
Milo and Teddy are neutered, microchipped, flea, wormed and fully vaccinated. Milo has had a UTI whilst in our care which he has received treatment for and a further urine sample shows this has been resolved. Teddy has no known medical conditions. 4 weeks free pet insurance included with adoption.

Adoption fee:
The adoption fee is £175. If you would like to make an additional donation over and above the adoption fee, this would be hugely appreciated.

Additional information:

We reserve the right to remove a reserve at any stage of the adoption process if we believe it is in the best interest of the cat.

Adopters should consider that previous medical conditions will now not be covered by insurance. Adopters are responsible for the on-going medical costs once the animal has been adopted.
