Rehoming – Profile

Blossom came into our care as a stray.

Behaviour observations on site:

Blossom only took a couple of days to settle before she started showing what an affectionate and loving girl she is. She craves human company and will be straight on your lap for attention as soon as you sit down! Once you stop stroking her she will happily curl up and go for a snooze.

Not surprisingly, due to Blossoms background of being a stray she is incredibly foodie. At times she will carry food or treats away from you so you don’t steal them from her! It doesn’t take long for her to workout that they are hers. Offering her food is a great way to make friends.

Blossom can get a little startled with loud noises and sudden movements but can live with children 6+ that will be calm around her. She needs to be an only pet.

We reserve the right to remove a reserve at any stage of the adoption process if we believe it is in the best interest of the cat.

Medical history:

Blossom came in to us very skinny, she was also very itchy and had some fur loss and scabs on her skin. She has been putting on weight well and her skin and fur has improved. She has not had any meds for this but it is recommended she has vet prescribed flea treatment every month.

No other known medical conditions.

Adopters should consider that previous medical conditions will now not be covered by insurance. Adopters are responsible for the on-going medical costs once the animal has been adopted.

Additional information:

Blossom cannot be homed to Gosport and her adoption fee is a minimum donation of £80.
